Changing Habits – Week 5: Stop and analyse the past four weeks
Well done on completing the first four weeks! 🙂
We have added eight new eating habits and started familiarising with some physical activity.
I think it is time to take a break. Use this week to analyse what happened in the past four weeks, some of the things you may want to think about:
- how do you feel now compared to when you started?
- could you make all the changes? If not, use this week to catch up.
- what did you find to be the hardest?
- what would you like to achieve in the next four weeks?
