A class designed to work mainly on the area around the abdomen. Good to strengthen all the abdominal muscles in order to improve posture, functionality and essential to help protect and sustain the spine.
Ideal for losing weight, this is a fast paced class. A warm up will be followed by a main workout that includes a variety of exercises to work the whole body and that will bring your heart rate up. Cool down and stretching will compete the workout.
